Millions of GRINDERS - Ouch !!!!

I have written before on what a successful MLM company needs to have in order for Distributors to have the OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE WEALTH, this is a key phrase and vital to properly understand before committing huge amounts of time, money or effort into a home based business. The Internet has created millions of opportunities for the average, but hard working person to create AN INCOME, the level of which reflects their desire and willingness to work. After looking at literally thousands of these “Business Opportunities” it is evident that they all claim great rewards for little work – Reality Check – this just does not happen in the real world, it takes a huge amount of work and “Grinding” The secret to all MLM/internet business is to achieve LEVERAGE What is Leverage – do the work once and continue to get paid over & over for a very long time. It is Vital to achieve this Leverage but how? There is no magical spell to cast, just a simple formula: “GET A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE TO DO A FEW SIMPLE THINGS OVER A CONSISTENT PERIOD OF TIME” The difficulty with Internet based business is that it is too easy for people to Opt out of the above formula. Once this happens, Cash flow and residual/passive income (what is the difference? That’s another story…) drops off and you have to keep on Grinding away to keep it all alive. It breeds a generation of GRINDERS. Grinding is like the plate spinner you see at the circus, spin the first plate then the 2nd the 3rd the 4th the 5th and then rush back to the 1st and start the process again, STOP and the whole lot comes crashing down. So what is the Answer? Find a primary business that meets the all-important criteria: 1) Product - is it unique, is it 1st to market, can the range be expanded over many years, is it sexy and will people jump all over it?? 2) The campany/mangaement - will the company be around in 40-50 plus years, what/who are the management, what financial backing is in place?? 3) What can I earn - Can I earn unlimited long term residual/passive Income, do I have to keep grinding to earn, can I do the work once and keep getting paid, 4) Support & Systems - Are systems in place to build my new business, are there leaders in place to show me how, effective marketing materials, do I have to handle product, training calls and material?? Support your primary business by taking advantage of all the positives Internet based business has to offer. They are a great way to generate cold market leads. Sites such as Yuwie are free to join, have a huge membership base and allow you to reach like-minded people. The use of Blogs, email and all the other tools assist in getting the message out there. There are thousands of ways to generate cold market leads; all are good in their own limited way. If you are prepared to be a Grinder and limit your potential to earning money then good luck. But if you want to create wealth, then find yourself a primary business which meets the criteria and start creating real leverage, stop spinning plats and start building a business which will continue to pay you years after you have stopped working and have started to really enjoy life.
