The world is changing… job losses are huge with millions of people across the world being laid off. Those that still have a job are being forced to take a pay cut or a reduction in working hours. The prediction is that the average wage will be slashed and people placed on a performance based income, for example if you are currently getting paid $50,000 a year now, it will be reduce to say $30,000 and you will have to meet performance targets to earn the other $20,000. Personal debts are spiraling out of control which is having a huge impact on family and personal relationships. Bankruptcy levels are at an all time high and growing. So yes it all seems like doom and gloom….
But though all this there is one industry that is shinning, the Network Marketing Industry. Now yes I hear you, they are all scams and are just trying to rip people off. The industry does have a bad reputation and with good reason. There are so many bad people out there who are just looking for the fast buck. But in reality, this is the case with just about every industry on the planet.
When people actual take a close and diligent look at network marketing, it becomes evident that there are real benefits and huge potential. For example, there are not to many businesses you can start for under $100, the income potential is unlimited, fantastic tax benefits, create a global business from any where in the world, the list goes on. What people need to understand, it is a business and as such people need to have the right skills to succeed, again the same as in most other industries. The trick then is to find a network marketing business that has a good reputation, has the support structure in place so people can learn the skills they need fast, one that gives people something extra to help really start a genuine business quickly and earn the extra money you are looking for, at the same time build a long lasting income that will continue to pay for years to come.
As a corporate banker for 30 years, there are not too many industries that I have not seen or been involved with. It also occurred to me that after to divorces, and working a 70 hour week every week for the lat 20 years….there had to be a better way.

• All mlm business requires a product, a company which ensures and enables income to be generated. The product/company behind the team is a Billion dollar company with a well established product and millions of distributor’s world wide. The company is proven and will be around for many many years.
The team consists of so many people with very special skills, in IT, web page design, marketing, public speaking, the list goes on. These people are working and contributing towards the team, not as individuals as is the normal with MLM business but as a team. For someone like me with limited skills, having these other people in my team is great. I no longer have to learn every thing and do it all on my own. This concept is what is driving the growth and long term success of individual and team members.
So what’s the bottom line, the cost and how can you grow your business without going broke or spending 100’s of hours with little result.
• Cost to lock in your position is approximately A$45 (subject to exchange rate). Once locked in you have access to all team members and their skills and friendship.
• On locking in your position you are also required to contribute to the Seminar fund. Cost is US$20 per month (about A$30). By contributing this, you become eligible to have people placed in your business from those who join up at the seminars being held (first 5 being sponsored in your name). For those who are time poor, this is very exciting as it allows you to grow your business with little impute from you, this method will take a bit longer but your business will grow over time.
• Monthly Autoship of product purchase, cost is approximately $145 (subject to exchange rate), for this you get 1 months supply and are immediately eligible for all commissions.
To re cap, up font cost - A$75 approximately, this locks in you position and makes you eligible for new team members gained from seminars.
Ongoing costs - A$145 approximately plus the A$30 for the seminar fund. You have the option to defer going on autoship ($145) until you are comfortable with the business and can see that it is working. This results in initial ongoing cost being the A$30 until you can see downline building at which point you can activate autoship and start receiving an income.
If you are someone who has a large social or business net work of people and are keen to accelerate the growth of your business, you can introduce as many people as you like and they will be placed in your direct down line, your personally sponsored people will be limited to five, the rest will be placed below you for the benefit of your team (from which you earn income…). It is not compulsory for you to personally find people (as with traditional MLM business), but if you are able, things will move faster.

Not quiet sure what you are trying to say. Assuming you watched the full presentation from start to finish; I will touch on the basics below:
Yes this is an MLM business, a proven business model for generating legitimate income for over well over 50 years, 50mill plus people operating in the industry and annual turnover world wide last year exceeded $300 Billion. The MLM industry has been tested and proved and is considered most senior business executives to be the last frontier that ordinary people like you and me can get involved in their own business and succeed.
Every business needs a product or service, without this they are no more than a scam (there are millions of these on the net ie give me $5 & you can make $100k per month...this is NOT us). We have linked up with a company call Xango, they have been around many years, have turnover in excess of $1 billion dollars and are considered very safe and secure. Their products are considered first class the world over. We do not promote Xango but simply use their product and compensation plan to drive our own business model. The cost to secure your business is US$35 and the product is UD$100 plus postage per month (this is important, read comments below).
Our business model has been designed to make sure that all have an excellent opportunity to succeed. We use a 5 x matrix. What this means is that when you join and start your own business, your need to introduce your business to a maximum of five other people (not 100's like in most MLMs). You can continue to bring people into your business beyond the initial 5 but they will be placed below you in your downline thus helping them to grow their business and so on, if you have a pro active upline then yes you will have people placed in your front line 5 for you, but please remember is this your business and you are responsible to introduce your initial 5 people. As your downline grows so does your business, this is the power of Leverage I discussed in my BLOG (http://tmwealth.blogspot.com/).
It is important to note that we are not in the business of selling product, but the opportunity to help people own and grow their own business. By do this we are creating a network of consumers. As each person in your down line receives their monthly product order from Xango, you receive a small commission. As the numbers in your downline grows so does the amount of commission.
The business model that we have adopted to grow our business is based on the Power of One (PoO). The PoO is based on every team member introducing just 1 new person to the team every month. By doing this you are leveraging off your downline, plus you are helping them grow at this same time (remember once you have introduced 5, then as you introduce more they will go under your downline). To give you an example how effective this model is, take a piece of paper and write down the number 1, now double this for every day in a month.
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and so on 30 times.
As you can see, by each person just adding one new person to the team the growth over time is exponential. Each of these people in your downline are purchasing the product on a monthly basis and as discussed above, as your downline grows so does your commission. The xango commission plan pays you commission 9 levels deep, so your initial 5 people are your level 1, the people that those 5 introduce is your Level 2 and so on. Get your paper out again and apply the same principal that you did above, as you can see by Level 4 onwards your downline is growing very fast just using the PoO each month. Along with the growth in your downline, your commission is also growing very fast.
Based on the PoO, your business will be in profit from approximately month 5-6. This is a real business and does require some lead time to be in profit, but if you have had any dealings with traditional type business, you will know that most can take years to be generating a substantial profit for their owners.
So what makes this business different from all the other MLM business out there? Our team is made up of a good cross section of experienced MLMers and new people to the industry. I have written before on what a successful MLM company needs to have in order for Distributors to have the OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE WEALTH, this is a key phrase and vital to properly understand before committing huge amounts of time, money or effort into a home based business.
The Internet has created millions of opportunities for the average, but hard working person to create AN INCOME, the level of which reflects their desire and willingness to work. After looking at literally thousands of these “Business Opportunities” it is evident that they all claim great rewards for little work – Reality Check – this just does not happen in the real world, it takes a huge amount of work and “Grinding”
The secret to all MLM/internet business is to achieve LEVERAGE What is Leverage – do the work once and continue to get paid over & over for a very long time. It is Vital to achieve this Leverage but how? There is no magical spell to cast, just a simple formula:
“GET A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE TO DO A FEW SIMPLE THINGS OVER A CONSISTENT PERIOD OF TIME”
The difficulty with Internet based business is that it is too easy for people to Opt out of the above formula. Once this happens, Cash flow and residual/passive income (what is the difference? That’s another story…) drops off and you have to keep on Grinding away to keep it all alive. It breeds a generation of GRINDERS. Grinding is like the plate spinner you see at the circus, spin the first plate then the 2nd the 3rd the 4th the 5th and then rush back to the 1st and start the process again, STOP and the whole lot comes crashing down.
So what is the Answer?
Find a primary business that meets the all-important criteria:
1) Product - is it unique, is it 1st to market, can the range be expanded over many years, is it sexy and will people jump all over it??
2) The campany/mangaement - will the company be around in 40-50 plus years, what/who are the management, what financial backing is in place??
3) What can I earn - Can I earn unlimited long term residual/passive Income, do I have to keep grinding to earn, can I do the work once and keep getting paid,
4) Support & Systems - Are systems in place to build my new business, are there leaders in place to show me how, effective marketing materials, do I have to handle product, training calls and material??
Support your primary business by taking advantage of all the positives Internet based business has to offer. They are a great way to generate cold market leads. Sites such as Yuwie are free to join, have a huge membership base and allow you to reach like-minded people. The use of Blogs, email and all the other tools assist in getting the message out there. There are thousands of ways to generate cold market leads; all are good in their own limited way.
If you are prepared to be a Grinder and limit your potential to earning money then good luck. But if you want to create wealth, then find yourself a primary business which meets the criteria and start creating real leverage, stop spinning plats and start building a business which will continue to pay you years after you have stopped working and have started to really enjoy life.

As a Network Marketer, it is vital for the growth of my business to constantly be generating leads. Traditionally, options have been limited to word of mouth, friend’s family, work colleges, business associates and as a last resort…. Buying expensive (and usually worthless) on line leads.
