World is changing... What can I do - Help

The world is changing… job losses are huge with millions of people across the world being laid off. Those that still have a job are being forced to take a pay cut or a reduction in working hours. The prediction is that the average wage will be slashed and people placed on a performance based income, for example if you are currently getting paid $50,000 a year now, it will be reduce to say $30,000 and you will have to meet performance targets to earn the other $20,000. Personal debts are spiraling out of control which is having a huge impact on family and personal relationships. Bankruptcy levels are at an all time high and growing. So yes it all seems like doom and gloom….

But though all this there is one industry that is shinning, the Network Marketing Industry. Now yes I hear you, they are all scams and are just trying to rip people off. The industry does have a bad reputation and with good reason. There are so many bad people out there who are just looking for the fast buck. But in reality, this is the case with just about every industry on the planet.

When people actual take a close and diligent look at network marketing, it becomes evident that there are real benefits and huge potential. For example, there are not to many businesses you can start for under $100, the income potential is unlimited, fantastic tax benefits, create a global business from any where in the world, the list goes on. What people need to understand, it is a business and as such people need to have the right skills to succeed, again the same as in most other industries. The trick then is to find a network marketing business that has a good reputation, has the support structure in place so people can learn the skills they need fast, one that gives people something extra to help really start a genuine business quickly and earn the extra money you are looking for, at the same time build a long lasting income that will continue to pay for years to come.

As a corporate banker for 30 years, there are not too many industries that I have not seen or been involved with. It also occurred to me that after to divorces, and working a 70 hour week every week for the lat 20 years….there had to be a better way.

In October 2008 I met a person who lives in Brisbane who introduced me to a gentleman in the USA. He was talking about putting a team together to grow at network marketing business built on team work and sharing the efforts of the team. This concept is totally different to normal MLM. I joined this team on the basis of lets see what happens. Well the team has grown significantly (over 350 active members in 3 months), the level of work needed by members is up to them and they are rewarded accordingly. Several developments are now happening due to the size of the group and the huge momentum now in place:

• Starting in February - Seminars being conducted in the USA, these are not the “in home” with 5 people seminars, but 100’s at a time.

• Weekly conference calls for those interested in learning more and for up dates on progress.

• 24/7 chat rooms via skype, these are a great way to connect with people from all over the word, gain ideas or just makes new friend, team members from Australia are very active here and it is amazing to see how many from here are on the team and fast those numbers are growing.

• Our own social networking site, exclusive to team members, this is a brilliant site and offers so much more than just info on MLM.

• All mlm business requires a product, a company which ensures and enables income to be generated. The product/company behind the team is a Billion dollar company with a well established product and millions of distributor’s world wide. The company is proven and will be around for many many years.

The team consists of so many people with very special skills, in IT, web page design, marketing, public speaking, the list goes on. These people are working and contributing towards the team, not as individuals as is the normal with MLM business but as a team. For someone like me with limited skills, having these other people in my team is great. I no longer have to learn every thing and do it all on my own. This concept is what is driving the growth and long term success of individual and team members.

So what’s the bottom line, the cost and how can you grow your business without going broke or spending 100’s of hours with little result.

• Cost to lock in your position is approximately A$45 (subject to exchange rate). Once locked in you have access to all team members and their skills and friendship.

• On locking in your position you are also required to contribute to the Seminar fund. Cost is US$20 per month (about A$30). By contributing this, you become eligible to have people placed in your business from those who join up at the seminars being held (first 5 being sponsored in your name). For those who are time poor, this is very exciting as it allows you to grow your business with little impute from you, this method will take a bit longer but your business will grow over time.

• Monthly Autoship of product purchase, cost is approximately $145 (subject to exchange rate), for this you get 1 months supply and are immediately eligible for all commissions.

To re cap, up font cost - A$75 approximately, this locks in you position and makes you eligible for new team members gained from seminars.

Ongoing costs - A$145 approximately plus the A$30 for the seminar fund. You have the option to defer going on autoship ($145) until you are comfortable with the business and can see that it is working. This results in initial ongoing cost being the A$30 until you can see downline building at which point you can activate autoship and start receiving an income.

If you are someone who has a large social or business net work of people and are keen to accelerate the growth of your business, you can introduce as many people as you like and they will be placed in your direct down line, your personally sponsored people will be limited to five, the rest will be placed below you for the benefit of your team (from which you earn income…). It is not compulsory for you to personally find people (as with traditional MLM business), but if you are able, things will move faster.

Compared to the traditional MLM business which cost any thing from $500 to $1700 or more just to lock in, plus marketing, travel costs etc etc, this is a fantastic opportunity and is based on the efforts of many all contributing to growing a massive business at a fraction of the normal cost, for the cost of a case of beer and a few bottles of wine or the cost of a tank of petrol … what have you got to loose, not much but the upside is proving to be very real.
